Review:

Crazy Rich Asians is a really well done movie. Very well done. Based on the bestseller book, the film does a tremendous job of representing Asian culture, and most importantly, giving a true voice to Asians with an authentic representation that I'm sure many who have grown up Asian-American can identify with. Easily, that was my favorite part of this film - being let in on the jokes and idiosyncrasies of Asian culture - all the good and bad.

On the other side is the love story, which isn't re-inventing the wheel in the realm of romantic comedies, but simply offering a superb and solid story.

The all Asian cast is tremendous, and there were some serious laugh out loud moments that makes this more than just a sappy Rom Com.

Overall, a solid film that I enjoyed. Definitely worth a watch.

Very weird.  Some quick thoughts : IS IT TIME?  Yes, I have thought about leaving the field several times. Especially, over the last few years. COVID didn't really bother me, but it's safe to say that the world of higher edu...
