The IF Factor: Questions Answered #121-130

121. If you were on trial and someone you know (who is not a lawyer) had to act as your legal representative, who would you want to defend you?

Shockingly, one of my closest friends is a lawyer. However, since I cannot pick him, I will go with another friend who has the type of personality that can acquire anything and really has an act for being charming and persuasive.

122. If you could change one of your personality traits, what would it be?

Not being very welcoming in the morning. I'd like to change this trait, and I am working on doing so.

123. If you could adopt one personality trait from someone you know, what would you take, and from whom?

I have a few family members and friends who have the type of personality that is free-spirited. They are able to simply pick up and go. They are adventurous and willing to take these adventures on the whim. Unfortunately, I am too much of an analyzer that takes finances, repercussions, consequences, and any other backlash into consideration. It has it's downfalls as well, but being more spontaneous would be welcomed.

124. If you could have a romance with any fictional character, who would it be?

This is super weird. After all, wouldn't I be selecting based on the real life woman playing the character? Nah uh. Nope. No way. A married man knows better. Especially one whose wife reads this blog. I'll go with Princess Jasmine from Aladdin. No loop holes there to get me in trouble.

125. If you could have avoided living one year from your past, which year would you like to have eliminated?

I really don't like to erase anything as every moment helps make you the person you currently are. However, if I could have avoided 2004, that would have been great. Yes, not having to experience that Boston Red Sox comeback on my beloved New York Yankees would have been nice to miss.

126. If you could commit one crime without being caught, what crime would you commit?

Another weird question. I wouldn't want to do anything really crazy like murder or assault. That's just insane. I'd go with Grand Theft Auto of a police car. Just to see what it's like to put sirens on and get through traffic.

127. If you could be the parent of one famous person, who would you want it to be?

It would be nice to be the parent of Derek Jeter. Imagine how proud Mr. and Mrs. Jeter must be. But I'll go with being the parent of Mark Zuckerberg. Can you say early retirement?

128. If you could ensure that your children never have one experience that you have had, what would it be?

My high school experience. In going to one of the most dangerous high schools in New York State during my time there, I would hope to have my child have a more enjoyable, rewarding, and safer high school experience than I did.

129. If you could eat one food in any quantity for the rest of your life with no ill effects whatsoever, what food would you choose?

Tacos or chicken wings. I could eat both in high volumes. And with no ill effects, would probably do so.

130. If you had to eliminate one season permanently (spring, summer, autumn, or winter), which would go?

Easy, winter. I hate the winter, the cold weather, and especially snow.

Would You Rather: Questions 121-130

This edition of "Would You Rather" is credited to the NBA Would You Rather NBA Account on Instagram ( See Here ). Adding to the fun, this edition (and possibly future ones) are all NBA basketball questions.  121. Who would you rather have on your favorite NBA team - Giannis Antetokounpo or James Harden?  Seeing how I'm a lifelong suffering Knicks fan, the thought of any of these guys in blue and orange is hard to believe. With that said, I'm taking the Greek Freak for this reason - I enjoy watching him play a bit more. Nothing against Harden who is amazing as well, but at times, the ball sticks and that isn't always fun. Plus, I feel like we haven't yet seen a finished Giannis. 122. Would you rather have Giannis Antetokounpo with no driving ability or James Harden with no Three-Point shooting ability?  This is definitely a weird and unique one, but I'll take Harden. Giannis without his strength doesn't offer much. However, if Harden's d...

The Pondering 10 - Favorite Knicks Head Coaches

I'm still on a championship high (probably until Banner night in October to be honest), so I'm dropping more Pondering 10s as my brain (and heart) works through all of the emotions and reflection from my beloved New York Knicks - 2025-2026 NBA Champions!  Let's talk coaches.  We've been through so many. My fellow Knicks fans, we've seen so many coaches walk the sidelines of Madison Square Garden, and the recent championship is so amazing to think about - Mike Brown, one year, title.  With that said, here is a list of my favorite Knicks Coaches (in my lifetime, so no Red Holtzman). It's tougher than you think, but we're doing it.  To begin, here are those banned from this list. On the sheer qualifier that these coaches - by fault of their own, or maybe not - will always resonate with disdain and the lowest of the lows.  Derek Fisher Oh, the Phil Jackson era. When we were given a coach who had never done so before, implementing the triangle offense was more im...

Knicks Postseason 2026, Conference Finals vs. Cleveland Cavaliers

It feels like forever since we've played.  But we've got our opponent, and it's go time!  Review Thoughts from Round 1 Review Thoughts from Round 2 Like every other Knick fan, I too hoped for a seven-game series between the Detroit Pistons and the Cleveland Cavaliers, and that's what we got. The long series added time for our squad to rest up (get healthy, OG!) and more time to scout exactly what we'll have to deal with in the Eastern Conference Finals.  We've been here before, and a trip to the NBA Finals once again feels all too close. All too real!  The Cavaliers present some interesting dynamics with their electric backcourt and the size up front with Evan Mobley and Jarrett Allen. There are also two players on the roster, Dennis Schroder and Max Strus, who often find ways to stick it to the Knicks. Sam Merrill seems like the kind of guy who would join that group in this series.  Nonetheless, the Knicks are on a historic run. The Cavs have been knocking on t...
